Fun Grant
Kelly’s Angels aims to restore fun and laughter to the lives of children who have lost a parent or sibling to cancer, or are currently battling life-threatening illness, by providing grants for the activity of the child’s choosing. Our goal is to bring a little joy and laughter to area children who could use a lift. We accomplish our goal by giving Fun Grants of up to $500 to pay for a fun activity of the child’s choice. Think baseball game, bouncy house party, a family trip, or a day at an amusement park, whatever the child’s heart desires, we’re here to help.
We invite children, with the help of a parent or guardian, counselor, etc. to fill out this application. Kelly’s Angels will contact you to let you know how we might be able to help.

Introducing the “Kelly’s Angels Live Like Liv Scholarship” in memory of Olivia Allen
Kelly’s Angels is proud to honor the memory of Olivia Grace Allen by naming our Saratoga Springs scholarship program the Kelly’s Angels Live Like Liv Scholarships. Olivia was a beloved daughter, sister, friend, and student-athlete from Saratoga Springs who lost her battle with leukemia in March 2024, but not before turning her hardship into an awe-inspiring rallying cry to #LiveLikeLiv. Liv embodied every character trait these scholarships aim to reward, including perseverance, positivity, kindness, and a commitment to helping others. We encourage students who #LiveLikeLiv to apply and ensure her beautiful legacy endures.
Applications are accepted from November 3, 2025 – March 2, 2026.

Hugs for Horses & Healing
Limited-Time Grant Program
This grant program was developed in response to the devastating June 16, 2026 barn fire at the Saratoga Casino Hotel Harness Track that killed 17 horses and affected members of the local racing community.
Kelly’s Angels will provide grants to those directly affected by the loss of a horse in the fire to be used for rest, relaxation, self-care, and meaningful experiences that offer comfort and renewal.
Applications will be accepted through the end of September 2026, reviewed confidentially, and grants will be awarded based on need and available funding.
“For those in the racing community, horses are much more than competitors—they are companions and members of the family,” said Mark Mulholland, president and founder of Kelly’s Angels. “The loss experienced by owners, trainers, caretakers, and stable staff is profound. Through Hugs for Horses and Healing, we hope to offer comfort, support, and a reminder that our community stands together during difficult times.”
